Discovery is passionate about helping young people to kick-start their careers. For over 23 years we’ve been creating careers for graduates in other businesses, but we truly practice what we preach and believe in growing our own talent internally, too.
Graduates bring tremendous value to a business, and businesses need to give Graduates the opportunity to develop skills, nurture their potential and stimulate professional growth.
That’s where Discovery’s Graduate Academy comes in.
Our academy is designed to support you, as a high-potential graduate. As well as on-the-job technical training, we’ve also created a two-year development programme to accelerate your soft skills, leadership capability and commercial acumen.
We will invest in you, helping you to develop the behaviours, skills and capabilities that you will need for the future, and we will provide an environment where you will be supported to fulfil your potential. And we also intend to have fun on way!
Initially, you will be enrolled on a professional development programme. After completion, there will be the opportunity to enrol on additional development programmes that relate to your unique development plan and areas of specialism.
