Discovery is passionate about helping young people to kick-start their careers. For over 22 years we’ve been creating careers for graduates in other businesses, but we truly practice what we preach and believe in growing our own talent internally, too.
Graduates bring tremendous value to a business, and businesses need to give Graduates the opportunity to develop skills, nurture their potential and stimulate professional growth.
That’s where Discovery’s Graduate Academy comes in.
Our academy is designed to support you, as a high-potential graduate, in making the transition from ‘student to suit’. As well as on-the-job technical training, we’ve also created a two-year development programme to accelerate your soft skills, leadership capability and commercial acumen.
Initially, you will be enrolled on a professional development programme. After completion, there will also be the opportunity to enrol on additional development programmes that relate to your unique development plan and areas of specialism.

Customer Success is key to what we do; we partner with businesses to embed sustainable, long-term change. You’ll be part of our team who work closely with clients to boost the success of live projects as well as supporting and progressing the sign-off of new ones.
Marketing plays a huge part in the success of our business; it helps us to get our message out in the wider world, as well as supporting the Discovery team to deliver for our clients, candidates and delegates. You will help to supercharge our marketing across the whole marketing mix!
Recruitment is one of our core specialisms. In your role, you’ll be helping the right employers and candidates to find each other. You’ll also act as an expert to guide our clients and help shape their recruitment campaigns to get the best results.
Sales is at the heart of our business; it’s the first step in us helping businesses to build a better workforce. As part of our sales team, you will become an extension of our clients’ businesses, getting to the core of their challenges and providing expert advice.
Talenscio is a talent assessment platform for running Assessment Centres, Development Centres, 1-2-1 Interviews and Onboarding sessions. As part of our Talenscio team, you will play an incredibly important role providing product demos, sales & technical support to prospective customers.
