That’s where Discovery’s Graduate Academy comes in.

Our academy is designed to support you, as a high-potential graduate, in making the transition from ‘student to suit’. As well as on-the-job technical training, we’ve also created a two-year development programme to accelerate your soft skills, leadership capability and commercial acumen.

Initially, you will be enrolled on a professional development programme. After completion, there will also be the opportunity to enrol on additional development programmes that relate to your unique development plan and areas of specialism.
