I really enjoyed the Discovery training as it made it easy to develop leadership skills within the workplace. As well as this, I’ve had really good exposure to different aspects within work due to the rotational aspect.  It was challenging to manage the time between the apprenticeship and work, but Discovery were really helpful with this.
